(Liang Jiahao, Correspondent) In order to help new graduate students adapt to the new environment and integrate into the new community, Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Center held a welcome party for the graduate students in Grade 2022 on the evening of September 24.
During the year of the 70th anniversary for the founding of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,the party was themed by "70 years of new fire passed down from generation to generation", and was divided into three chapters: March of Youth, Flying youth art, and Celebration of youth,fully displaying the youth style and infinite vitality of the students.
At the beginning of the party, Ms. Wu You from the School of Physics sang "Invisible Wings" to encourage the freshmen to be positive and work hard. She also sang "Love You" and "Pink Memories" with Ms. Song Zhengpan from the center to awaken everyone's youth memories. Afterwards, the students' performances were even more wonderful: Hu Wenping's harmonica solo "The Moon Represents My Heart" was full of literary style; Yang Guangran, Pan Yichun, Hu Wenping's guitar playing and singing "Those flowers" was graceful and pleasant; Cheng Jin's talk show "The First Time to be a graduate Student"was really interesting; And Gao Jiaqi’s passionate Hip hop dance “Twenty small town in summer” lit up the audience.
In order to let the freshmen get to know each other, the party set up the freshmen self-introduction and talent show.The graduate students in Grade 2022 introduced their names, hometowns and hobbies to each other, which immediately brought them closer to each other and made the atmosphere warmer and warmer.
At the last part of the party, the game time, the students actively participated in the fun and laughter to push the atmosphere of the party to a climax.In the game of "Listen to songs" , everyone incarnated into the "Chinese ditty library",and the answer race was very fierce.In the game of "Race walking with clipping paper ",the students chased each other livelily......and the party came to a close with laughter.
